Featured Project: Arc’teryx in Skokie, IL

Old Orchard Center in Skokie, Illinois, is home to a new Arc’teryx location, brought to life by the Elder-Jones team of project manager Chris Bonello, assistant project manager Jake Murphy, and onsite field superintendent Dean Schrager. The team partnered with Arc’teryx on their second project together, working closely through design changes and creative scheduling to complete the project. The team split the front-of-house and back-of-house portions of the project into two separate schedules to allow for lead times and sizes of specialty HVAC equipment that had to be installed. Custom plaster finishes were installed throughout the sales floor walls and into the fitting room area. The space also features custom made wood paneling, polished concrete overlay, and unique storefront aluminum composite panels on the awning and front fascia. We were thrilled to work with the Arc’teryx team to turn over another beautiful space, and looking forward to many more!
