Featured Project: CoComelon Playdate in Bloomington, MN

A concept the first of its kind in the U.S., Elder-Jones helped bring this vibrant new CoComelon Playdate space alive at the Mall of America! It’s a 9,000 square foot interactive, indoor playground on the mall’s third floor rotunda area, where iconic locations from the CoComelon show are brought to life. It also features a gift shop and party hosting space. Coordination with specialty contractors were required to complete the various individual attractions throughout the space, from vendors for the play equipment and interactive elements in the themed play spaces to retail specific designers and custom fabricators for all of the branded theming. The Elder-Jones team was able to rely on our solid relationships with local contractors to work through a prototype space with intricate design elements and an overall expansive scope, while also managing the specialty work with the contractors mentioned. This space is a unique and fun addition to the mall, and we are grateful to have been part of helping it come to life.
