Featured Project: Public Lands in Woodbury, MN

Public Lands

Our longtime partnership with Dick’s Sporting Goods recently expanded from Dick’s Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy projects to include their outdoor brand, Public Lands. Their new Woodbury Lakes store in Woodbury, Minnesota, is the first in the state. This project was led by project manager Chris Bonello, assistant project manager Jake Murphy, and jobsite superintendent Troy Williams. It was a 27,500 square foot tenant improvement project, which is actually considered to be a small format for Public Lands and was the first location of this type. The team accelerated an original 21 week schedule to 15 weeks to get the store opened for Father’s Day. This took additional manpower and precise scheduling to accomplish, along with help from their subcontractors and Dick’s great new store set-up team. And we cannot forget Sadie, Troy’s dog, who the new store set-up team especially loved seeing at the jobsite. We are very grateful for our partnership with Dick’s and were honored to help them introduce Public Lands to the Twin Cities!
