Featured Project: WareSpace in St. Paul, MN

Elder-Jones does more than traditional retail spaces! We recently completed WareSpace in St. Paul, Minnesota, which is an all-inclusive commercial rental warehouse and office facility. The team retrofit an existing 88,000 square foot building to include 130 individual rental warehouse spaces, 20 office spaces, shipping and receiving areas, and new restrooms, conference rooms, and break room area. The existing building required many repairs and updates, including new mechanical equipment, ADA upgrades, and all new interior and exterior paint and finishes. A unique feature of the warehouse units is the use of storage racking covered with corrugated siding, as an alternative to standard stud framing. The team took on the challenge of transforming the prior space and updating it to current requirements to produce this unique facility. We look forward future projects with WareSpace and their team!
